Justice Claim Advocates exists to confront systemic injustice within the insurance industry, to defend the oppressed policyholder, and to restore what was wrongfully withheld.

We operate under the conviction that advocacy is not merely a business, but a calling — to speak truth to power, to expose deceitful practices, and to ensure that justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

Guided by faith, fortified by law, and driven by conscience, JCA stands in the gap between the insured and the insurer, turning Isaiah 10:1–2 into action.

Isaiah 10:1–2 —
“Woe to those who decree iniquitous decrees, and the writers who keep writing oppression, to turn aside the needy from justice and to rob the poor of my people of their right, that widows may be their spoil, and that they may make the fatherless their prey!”

This is the foundational charge — the verse that anchors our work, our identity, and our resolve.
